Delivery in Canada

 

Delivery in Canada is free with a minimum purchase of $75 or more before taxes.

 

Our fixed shipping rate for delivery in Canada is $9.99.

 

Orders are sent within 1-2 business days. The normal delivery time is 1 to 5 business days once the order has shipped.

 

A tracking number will be provided by email with confirmation of order (check your spam folder)

 

*Some regions have exceptions Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories where transportation costs will be payable regardless of the amount.

 

United States (USA)

Once the order is shipped, allow 5 to 10 working days, depending on the region. Shipments to the U.S. will be shipped through Canada Post and its U.S. partners. U.S. Customs generally charges brokerage fees on shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the U.S. Postal Service.

 

International

Once the order is shipped, allow 7 to 14 working days, depending on the country. International shipments will be shipped through Canada Post and its international partners. Brokerage fees generally apply on international shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the office of the post offices in your country.

 

If necessary; No refunds or credits will be made for customers who refuse to pay customs duties, taxes and other Free imports in connection with the Customs clearance your order.

 

Note that shipping and handling costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer for orders from international.

 

Lost Package

It rarely happens that packages are lost during transportation. If this problem should occur, please e-mail us or call us at 514-214-5216, from Monday to Friday between.

 

If a package is lost, please rest assured that we will follow up with the shipping provider. You may also follow the status of your order using the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail.

 

Perishable Goods

Our policy is to ship products that have the longest possible expiry date from the order date. Specifically, our objective is to ship products with an expiry date that is superior to six (6) months, depending on the nature of the product. If we cannot respect this commitment, we will communicate by e-mail to advise you of the available expiry date and ask if you still wish to receive the same product.

 

Objects Damaged During Transportation
